Our Single Insulated PEX Pipe is a highly flexible, pre-insulated pipe system designed to minimize heat loss or gain during the transfer of liquids. With a single pipe inside an insulated casing, this product is available in various sizes ranging from 2" to 4".
Perfect for transferring heated water from outdoor boilers to residential and additional structures, it can also be utilized in other applications such as district or community heating systems, industrial processing facilities, and cold liquid transfer systems.
Featuring a double heating pipe system, it combines both the flow and return carrier pipes in a single jacket pipe. The carrier pipes, made from cross-linked PE-Xa, are color-coded with orange for the flow line and blue for the return line, enabling easy installation and identification even with shrink end caps.
Our multi-layer thermal insulation, constructed from cross-linked, microcellular PE-X foam, ensures durable and non-aging insulation performance. This insulation maintains its maximum thickness even after multiple bends, offering excellent protection against heat loss or gain.
Additionally, our product includes a high-grade, double-walled, corrugated HDPE sleeve that provides exceptional flexibility while shielding the pre-insulated pipe system from mechanical impacts and moisture.
