Our Dual Insulated PEX Pipe is the perfect solution for minimizing heat loss or gain during liquid transfers. With two pipes inside a single insulated casing, it provides efficient and reliable performance. Available in multiple sizes, including ¾", 1", 1-¼", and 1-1/2", it meets various needs.
This pre-insulated pipe is commonly used for transferring heated water from outdoor boilers to homes and other structures. It's also ideal for district or community heating systems, industrial processing facilities, and cold liquid transfer systems.
Our highly flexible pipe system combines both the flow and return carrier pipes in one jacket pipe, making it easy to transport heating water or other heat-transfer media in underground distribution networks. The carrier pipes are made from cross-linked PE-Xa with color-coded barriers for easy identification.
The multi-layer thermal insulation, made from cross-linked, microcellular PE-X foam, offers durable and non-aging insulation performance. Plus, the high-grade, double-walled, corrugated HDPE sleeve provides excellent protection against mechanical impacts and moisture while maintaining maximum flexibility.
