Enhanced with a dual insulated casing, our product features two pipes within a single structure. We offer a range of sizes including ¾”, 1”, 1-¼”, and 1-½” to meet your specific needs. Our pre-insulated PEX pipe is designed to minimize heat loss or gain during liquid transfers, ensuring optimal efficiency for your system.
One of the primary applications for our product is transferring heated water from outdoor boilers to the structures being heated, be it homes or additional buildings. However, its versatility extends to district or community heating systems, industrial processing facilities, and even cold liquid transfer systems.
Our dual heating pipe system combines both the flow and return carrier pipes within a flexible, pre-insulated jacket pipe. This innovative design is ideal for transporting heating water or other heat-transfer media in underground distribution networks. The carrier pipes are made from cross-linked PE-Xa, with the flow line highlighted in an orange color and the return line in blue. This color coding simplifies installation, ensuring easy identification of the flow and return pipes, even with mounted shrink end caps.
To guarantee superior insulation performance, our pipes are encased in a multi-layer thermal insulation made from cross-linked, microcellular PE-X foam. This insulation not only repels water but also maintains its elasticity and thickness, even after being bent multiple times. Additionally, the high-grade, double-walled, corrugated HDPE sleeve provides exceptional protection against mechanical impacts and moisture, without sacrificing flexibility.
