The carrier pipes themselves are crafted from cross-linked PE-Xa, featuring an orange-colored oxygen-diffusion barrier for the flow line, and a blue-colored barrier for the return. To enhance insulation performance and long-term durability, our pre-insulated PEX pipes incorporate a multi-layer thermal insulation made from cross-linked, microcellular PE-X foam. This water-repellent closed cell structure ensures consistent insulation, even after repeated bending. Greater thickness of the insulation layer is maintained, thanks to its permanent elasticity.
