Designed to facilitate the transfer of heated water from outdoor boilers to various structures, such as single homes or additional buildings, our pre-insulated PEX pipe guarantees optimal heat retention. Our highly flexible, pre-insulated pipe systems are engineered to combine both the flow and return carrier pipes within a single jacket pipe. This design primarily focuses on underground distribution networks, ensuring efficient transport of heating water or other heat-transfer media.

The carrier pipes themselves are crafted from cross-linked PE-Xa, featuring an orange-colored oxygen-diffusion barrier for the flow line, and a blue-colored barrier for the return. This color coding simplifies installation, allowing for easy identification of flow and return, even with mounted shrink end caps.

To enhance insulation performance and long-term durability, our pre-insulated PEX pipes incorporate a multi-layer thermal insulation made from cross-linked, microcellular PE-X foam. This water-repellent closed cell structure ensures consistent insulation, even after repeated bending. Greater thickness of the insulation layer is maintained, thanks to its permanent elasticity.
