Polar G-Class
Polar Furnaces established in 2002 are made in Canada.
The G-Class is a wood gasification boiler, it is 2020 EPA compliant.
It uses up to 60% less fuel than conventional design boilers.
The G-Class features an outdoor system that further insulates the boiler from the cold weather elements helping reduce heat loss, protect the fire box door from warping or premature failure common with other single door made boilers. It also has a separate ignition door, for easy start-up.
The Water Jacket is made of 304SS, a higher-grade stainless steel with a longer life expectancy than 409 or titanium, which is used by most other manufactures. Good quality stainless steel will not hold a magnet.
Polar Furnaces are also an excellent choice for Off-Grid or Solar applications as they utilize
a highly efficient variable speed capable ECM/DC Powered Fan/Motor assembly.
DC motors are known for lower power consumption and generally a longer life.
The G-Class is also approved for indoor installation and much more.
