Our Single Insulated PEX Pipe is designed to minimize heat loss or gain when transferring liquids from one location to another. It comes in various sizes to meet your needs - 2", 2-1/2", 3", 3-1/2", and 4".
This pre-insulated pipe system is commonly used to transfer heated water from outdoor boilers to structures such as single homes or additional buildings. It's also suitable for district or community heating systems, industrial processing facilities, and cold liquid transfer systems.
Our highly flexible design combines both the flow and return carrier pipes in a single jacket, making it ideal for underground distribution networks. The carrier pipes are constructed from cross-linked PE-Xa, with an orange-colored oxygen-diffusion barrier for the flow line and a blue-colored one for the return line. This color-coding makes it easy to identify the flow and return pipes during installation.
The multi-layer thermal insulation, made from cross-linked, microcellular PE-X foam, provides excellent insulation performance. With a water-repellent closed cell structure, it maintains its durability, non-aging properties, and permanent elasticity even after repeated bending. The double-walled corrugated HDPE sleeve adds an extra layer of protection against mechanical impacts and moisture, while still allowing for maximum flexibility.
