Our Single Insulated PEX Pipe is designed to minimize heat loss or gain when transferring liquids from one location to another. It is commonly used to transfer heated water from outdoor boilers to various structures, including single homes and additional buildings. However, its applications are not limited to residential use. It is also suitable for district or community heating systems, industrial processing facilities, and cold liquid transfer systems.
Our Double Heating Pipe is a highly flexible, pre-insulated pipe system that combines both the flow and return carrier pipes in a single jacket pipe. This system is primarily intended for transporting heating water or other heat-transfer media in underground distribution networks. The carrier pipes are made of cross-linked PE-Xa, with an orange-colored oxygen-diffusion barrier for the flow line and a blue-colored one for the return. This color coding allows for easy identification during installation, even with mounted shrink end caps.
The multi-layer thermal insulation is constructed from cross-linked, microcellular PE-X foam with a water-repellent closed cell structure. It ensures durable, non-aging insulation performance and permanent elasticity, even after multiple bends. The high-grade, double-walled corrugated HDPE sleeve provides excellent protection against mechanical impacts and moisture while maintaining maximum flexibility.
